國民小學新進教師導入社群建構專業素養之探究 [詳全文]

摘要:
本研究以桃園市某國小104105 學年度新進老師為研究對象,探討新進老師處置於一個全新教學環境時,藉由新進教師導入社群運作,建構其所需之專業知能、專業實踐、專業投入的專業素養過程及內涵。本研究透過座談會、訪談方式、文件分析、省思札記蒐集資料,透過資料的相互對話與辯證,本研究獲致以下結論:

一、新進教師在社群所建構的專業知能,提升學科教學與教育專業。

二、新進教師在社群所建構的專業實踐,教學設計、教學實施、學習評量、班級經營與學生輔導,均大幅成長。

三、新進教師在社群所建構的專業投入,專業態度、專業責任、專業成長、與協作領導表現佳,因此學生展現高效能的學習。

A Study on Constructing Professionalism for New Teachers through School Community

Abstract
This study explores how new teachers develop professional expertise, experience, and commitment through the school community in a new teaching environment. Beginning teachers of the 2015 and 2016 academic years were selected as research participants. Through conferences, interviews, document analyses, and teachers' reflection notes, the study has come to the following conclusions:

1. In terms of professional expertise, new teachers have improved their teaching and educational professionalism.

2. In terms of professional experience, new teachers have improved their lesson planning and implementation, student learning assessment and counseling, and classroom management.

3. In terms of professional commitment, new teachers have improved their professional attitude, responsibility, growth, and collaborative leadership, thus, the students learn more efficiently.

Based on these findings, relative suggestions are offered for future research.
