A Study on Constructing Professionalism for New Teachers through School Community Author : Feng-Chiao Wu |

Abstract: 1. In terms of professional expertise, new teachers have improved their teaching and educational professionalism. 2. In terms of professional experience, new teachers have improved their lesson planning and implementation, student learning assessment and counseling, and classroom management. 3. In terms of professional commitment, new teachers have improved their professional attitude, responsibility, growth, and collaborative leadership, thus, the students learn more efficiently. Based on these findings, relative suggestions are offered for future research.
