Implementation Period and Timeframe

  1. Every four academic years is a period.
  2. Schools conducting the project are required to complete a self-assessment and improvement exercise by the end of June each year and upload their school report card to their “Quality Assurance Section by the end of August of that year.
  3. The "School Operation Effectiveness" and "Parent Questionnaires" presented every four school years, together with the "Self-check and Improvement Data" and "School Report Card" in the fourth school year, shall be handed over to the "Elementary and Secondary Education Quality Assurance Review Committee" of the Department of Education for deliberation.
  4. Depending on the operating conditions of the schools, the agency may divide each level of schools into four stages, and the schools implementing the project shall in that stage submit the documentation for review.
