Mentor principal program |
Objectives |
1. To strengthen the professional support system of mentor-principals through training programs, so that they can assume the responsibility of guiding the incumbent principals in school management and enhancing the quality of education. 2. To empower and broaden the horizons of mentor-principals by sharing experiences, pooling resources, deepening learning, and enhancing counseling and influence through practical consultation and experience transfer. 3. To establish a professional training system for mentor-principals to enhance their professional capacity of guiding incumbent principals in school governance. 4. To develop a training system to enhance the professional knowledge, competence and attitude of mentor-principals in education and to reinforce their leadership qualities, so as to become a model for incumbent principals to follow. |
