學校內部行銷、工作滿意與教師組織承諾之關係研究:MASEM 方法分析  [詳全文]

摘要:

學校內部行銷、工作滿意、教師組織承諾的相關研究頗為豐碩,本研究旨在探究學校內部行銷、工作滿意與教師組織承諾之關係,採用MASEM 方法進行分析,資料蒐集從2002 1 月至2019 12 月止,共納入35 篇相關研究進行探討。後設分析結果顯示學校內部行銷與工作滿意之間具有正相關、學校內部行銷與教師組織承諾之間具有正相關、工作滿意與教師組織承諾之間具有正相關。此外,以結構方程模式進行分析,發現學校內部行銷、工作滿意與教師組織承諾之模式關係良好,學校內部行銷對於教師組織承諾具有正向的效果,工作滿意對於教師組織承諾具有正向效果,學校內部行銷可以透過工作滿意提升教師組織承諾。依據研究結果提出相關結論與建議,供未來研究參考。

A Study on the Relationship Between a School’s Internal Marketing, Teachers’ Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment Using the MASEM Approach

Abstract

The goal of this study is to explore the relationship between a school’s internal marketing, teachers’ job satisfaction and their organizational commitment using the MASEM approach for analysis. The data, a collection of 35 research studies, had been gathered during the period from January 2002 to December 2019. The meta-analysis results revealed that not only a school’s internal marketing and teachers’ job satisfaction are positively correlated, but “internal marketing and teachers’ organizational commitment,” and “teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment” also have a positive relationship. Upon further analysis using structural equation modeling, this study confirmed that a school’s internal marketing exerts a positive effect on teachers’ organizational commitment through their job satisfaction. Finally, this study provides some suggestions according to the results for future reference.
