教練式領導在教師專業學習社群的應用  [詳全文]

摘要:
我國中小學教師專業學習社群的發展仍有改善的空間,改善之道之一便係應用教練式領導此一新興領導理念於社群領導上。本文以文獻探討,先對教練式領導的意義、理論基礎、目的、功能與限制、教練模式、教練技巧等主要概念,做一個整理和評述,並說明教師專業學習社群的主要概念和內涵,然後提出國內如何應用教練式領導於教師專業學習社群上的十點建議,例如發掘適宜的教練式領導者、加強教練式領導的專業培訓、釐清社群領導者的角色與功能等。

Coaching-based Leadership and its Application for Teacher Professional Learning Community

Abstract
Teacher Professional Learning Community (PLC) has been developed in Taiwan for years but still faces issues that need to be addressed and areas for improvement. One of the improvement approaches is the adoption of coaching-based leadership in PLC. This study summarizes the definition, theoretical basis, goals, limitations, models, and techniques of coaching-based leadership by literature review. It also analyzes the main concepts of PLC. This study also touches on how to implement coaching-based leadership for PLC in Taiwan, such as discovering the coaching-based leaders, strengthening their professional training, and clarifying the roles and functions of community leaders.
