發展性視導及其在教師專業發展評鑑上的應用 [詳全文]

摘要:
教學視導工作雖歷經我國教育行政當局以及學者專家們多年的倡導,但仍是我國亟待改革的重點工作之一。另在教育理論與實務發展上,教學視導與形成性教師評鑑有合流的傾向,目的皆在促進教師專業發展。本文先簡要說明發展性視導和教師專業發展評鑑的基本概念,然後提出應用發展性視導在教師專業發展評鑑上的六點建議:1 加強教學視導與教師評鑑理念的宣導,2 建構區別化教學視導體系,3 發展教學視導與評鑑的人才培育,4 加強與其他課程與教學方案的整合,5 使用多樣的技術提供教與學的回饋,6強化教師教學資源與支持。

Developmental Supervision and Its Applications to Teacher Evaluation for Professional Development

Abstract
Although educational authorities and scholars have fostered the practices of instructional supervision for years, it remains one of the most important educational reform tasks in Taiwan. In educational theory and practice, instructional supervision and formative teacher evaluation are merging together to enhance professional development of teachers. This paper discusses the basic concepts of developmental supervision and teacher evaluation for professional development, respectively. This paper also provides six suggestions of applying developmental supervision to teacher evaluation for professional development. The suggestions are as follows
(1) enhancing the concepts of instructional supervision and teacher evaluation, (2) constructing a system of differentiated instructional supervision, (3) strengthening the cultivation of instructional supervisors and teacher evaluators, (4) enhancing the merge of teacher evaluation for professional development with other curriculum and instruction programs, (5) utilizing multiple techniques to provide teachers with teaching and learning feedbacks, (6) providing teachers with sufficient instructional resources and support.
