耶穌基督的服務領導及其對教學輔導教師制度的啟示 [詳全文]

摘要：
服務領導源於基督宗教的創立者——耶穌基督。本文先從文獻探討上，說明服務領導的源起和發展、意義與實質內涵，然後就服務領導的實質內涵，文件分析耶穌基督服務領導的實際情況，發現耶穌基督一生中的一言一行，皆充分展現了服務為先、領導為後的服務領導者特質、角色和行為特徵，非常值得每一位現代的教學輔導教師所效法並加以發揚光大。最後就耶穌基督服務領導的啟示，提出我國中小學教學輔導教師制度在服務領導方面，宜慎選具有愛的人格特質之教師做為教學輔導教師儲訓人選、在教學輔導教師培訓課程中加強服務領導的角色任務、在教學輔導實務運作中落實服務領導的行為、以及加強教學輔導教師服務領導支持系統等四點建議，期能對我國中小學教學輔導教師制度以及服務領導的推廣上皆有所助益。

Jesus Christ’s Servant-Leadership and Its Inspirations to the Mentor Teacher Program in Taiwan

Abstract：
Servant-leadership originated in Jesus Christ. Servant-leadership begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to put service before all else. The words and deeds of Jesus Christ are excellent examples of servant-leadership, which are worthy of being emulated by all mentor teachers in Taiwan. This paper discusses the origin, development, meaning, and actual contents of servant-leadership. Then by document analysis, this paper analyzes the characteristics, roles, and behaviors of Jesus Christ’s servant-leadership. According to the analysis results, this paper suggests the enhancement of servant-leadership practice for the mentor teacher program in Taiwan.
