國民小學校長正向領導、團隊情感氛圍與組織創新能力關係之研究 [詳全文]

摘要:
本研究旨在探討國民小學校長正向領導、團隊情感氛圍與組織創新能力之關係。為達成研究目的,採用問卷調查法並編製《國民小學校長正向領導、團隊情感氛圍與組織創新能力關係之研究調查問卷》,以臺灣地區的1,000 位公立國民小學教師為調查對象,共回收有效問卷639 份。研究結果顯示校長正向領導、團隊情感氛圍與組織創新能力之現況良好,整體校長正向領導與正向團隊情感氛圍呈現顯著中度正相關,與負向團隊情感氛圍呈現顯著低度負相關。整體校長正向領導與整體組織創新能力的相關係數呈現中度正相關。正向團隊情感氛圍與整體組織創新能力呈現顯著中度正相關。負向團隊情感氛圍與整體組織創新能力呈現顯著低度負相關,三者之間具相關性。校長正向領導與團隊情感氛圍各層面對整體創新經營有52.9%的解釋力,具有良好適配度與解釋力。校長正向領導亦會經由團隊情感氛圍的中介效果間接影響組織創新能力。本研究建議校長採取正向領導的模式,蘊釀正向的團隊情感氛圍,以提升組織創新能力。

The Relationship among Principal Positive Leadership, Group Affective Tone and Organizational Innovation Capability in Elementary Schools

Abstract
This research aims to explore the causal relations among principal positive leadership, group affective tone and organizational innovation capability in elementary schools. Questionnaires were given to a random sample of 1,000 primary school teachers across Taiwan. A total of 639 questionnaires were valid. Our results were determined and analyzed using external literature, descriptive statistics, the t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis and SEM. The results indicated that principal positive leadership has positive effects on group affective tone and organizational innovation capability. Besides, principal positive leadership will indirectly influence organizational innovation capability by way of group affective tone. The results suggest that principals should implement positive leadership to accelerate group affective tone in school operation in order to improve the whole organizational innovation capability.
