Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of curriculum teaching and mentoring in elementary schools. This research used qualitative research as the main research strategy, and interviews a teacher college professor, education internship agencies deans, mentor teacher, and student interns. By document analysis and narrative research, the author aimed to understand the microscopic phenomena of planning and actual implementation of educational practice for the participants. According to the document analysis and narrative of the study participants, this research learned about the case of elementary school education internship planning, assigned time and proportion of teaching and mentoring in various curriculums, and the current reality of teaching and mentoring with teacher college professors, mentors and internship students in various fields. Accordingly, the researcher proposes conclusions and recommendations for the related personnel and staff regarding education internship.
