國民中小學學校行政人員研究所在職進修成效評鑑之研究：Kirkpatrick 評估模式之應用 [詳全文]

摘要：
一般而言，學校行政人員之培育或專業發展應該分為職前、導入、在職三階段，其中在職進修是促進專業發展不可或缺的一環，因此本研究參酌Kirkpatrick 的評估模式，經由焦點團體訪談、專家效度及正式問卷調查，建構出國民中小學教育行政人員研究所在職進修成效之構面，包括反應層次—課程教學滿意度、學習層次—個人才能增進改變、行為成果層次—工作應用與貢獻等三個構面，研究發現歸納如下：1. 整體而言，國民中小學學校行政人員研究所在職進修成效良好，反應層次即課程教學滿意度在五點量表平均得分為4.25，學習層次即個人才能增進改變情形為4.30，行為成果層次即工作應用貢獻程度為4.17；2. 在背景變項方面，不同性別、年齡、進修班別、就讀年級及教育階段之學校行政人員於研究所在職進修成效評估上並無顯著差異，不同職務之在學校行政人員於研究所在職進修成效評估上有部分顯著差異；3. 國民中小學學校行政人員研究所在職進修成效之反應層次、學習層次與行為成果層次三者間有顯著正相關。

A Study of Evaluation of Inservice Education of School Administrators in Graduate School: The Application of Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation

Abstract：
The main purpose of this study is to construct a questionnaire on evaluating inservice education of school administrators in graduate school. In addition, the study tries to investigate the condition of the insevice education of school administrators in graduate school. According to the result of focus interview, opinion of expert, and the questionnaire survey, the study establishes the validity of this questionnaire by evaluating the inservice education of school administrators in graduate school. The questionnaire is based on Kirkpatrick’s four-level evaluation model. Finally, the study provides some suggestions improving the inservice education of school administrators in the Taiwan area according to Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model.
