教學輔導教師培訓人選遴選指標建構之研究 [詳全文]

摘要:
本研究旨在探討教學輔導教師的相關概念,建構「教學輔導教師培訓人選遴選指標」,以提供相關教育行政機關及學校遴選教學輔導教師培訓人選之參考。研究首先統整文獻建構教學輔導教師培訓人選遴選初步指標;其次進行焦點團體座談,編製「教學輔導教師培訓人選遴選指標建構調查問卷」,最後選取十位學者專家與教育實務工作者進行模糊德菲法,確立「教學輔導教師培訓人選遴選指標」。本研究獲致下列結論:(1)教學輔導教師培訓人選遴選指標包括人格特質、教學素養與視導知能等三大向度;(2)教學輔導教師培訓人選遴選指標之內涵結構根據三大向度,共涵蓋八項規準、三十一項指標。

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to construct the selection indicators of mentor teacher candidates. Suggestions were provided for related educational administration agencies and schools to select the mentor teacher. Fuzzy Delphi technique and focused group interview were used as the principal procedures to conduct the survey. The conclusions of the study were as follows: 1. The selection indicators of mentor teacher’s candidate included three areas: personal characteristics; teaching characteristics; supervision knowledge and skills. 2. The selection indicators of mentor teacher candidates included three dimensions, eight criteria, and thirty-one indicators.
