Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to construct the indicators and their associated priority weights for smarter campus of elementary schools in Taipei city. With the Delphi method, thirteen experts including researchers in smarter campus and elementary school administrators were selected to answer the questionnaires and to construct the indicators. As a result, eight principal indicators and forty-three attributes (sub-indicators) were determined. Based on this construction, further surveys were conducted in conjunction with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to establish the weight system for each indicator construction and sub-indicator. The indicators, in their order of importance, are (1) the support and autonomy of iLearning (27.4%); (2) the ideas and patterns of iTeacher (23.1%); (3) the sharing and interacting of iSocial (18.5%); (4) the resources and application of iTeach (9.7%); (5) the integration and service of iGovernance (8.6 %); (6) the monitoring and management of iEnvironment (6.0%); and (7) the tracking and monitoring of iHealth (3.5%); and (8) the management and sustainability of iGreen (3.1%).
