國民中學校長真誠領導之個案研究  [詳全文]

摘要:
本研究旨在探討國民中學校長真誠領導之理念、具體作為與影響。本研究採取個案研究法,對個案學校校長、教師及家長進行訪談,輔以觀察記錄、檔案分析及省思札記以蒐集相關資料。研究結果如下:一、校長秉持開放熱情、正向態度與道德標準之理念。二、校長真誠領導展現正向多元之具體作為。三、校長真誠領導對學校氣氛、學生學習與整體校譽產生正向評價。最後,根據研究結果提出具體建議供參考。

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore authentic leadership in the context of a junior high school principal, including his beliefs, specific behaviors, and impact on the school. We adopt the case study method, interviewing the principal, teachers and parents, and gathered relevant data with observation records, file analysis, and self-reflection notes. The findings are as follows: 1. The beliefs of the principal who implements authentic leadership is open, transparent, positive and optimistic, with an insistence on doing the right thing. 2. Authentic leadership consists of positive and multiple behaviors. 3. The impact of a principal who implements authentic leadership is a warm and enjoyable atmosphere on campus, leading to better learning outcome for students, as well as praise and recognition from outsiders.
