微觀政治學:一個學校行政的新興研究領域 [詳全文]

摘要:
本文旨在探討近來學校行政的新興研究領域之一:微觀政治學。首先,本文指

出藉由微觀政治學透鏡的檢視下,批判以往學校行政研究採取實證論的缺失,將學

校組織運作過度化約,忽略人性的複雜性。透過微觀政治學的領域,發現學校組織

內成員間的權力關係是衝突的、緊張的。其次,分析學校組織生態,指出組織內個

體和次團體經常透過正式和非正式權力運用和政治行為,以作為闡釋微觀政治學的

註腳。本文亦力陳教育從業人員應培養微觀政治學素養,以作為解讀學校組織情境

之參考根據。接著,本文從利益關係的糾葛、性別意識型態和權力運用不同範圍此

三層面,探討組織成員的微觀政治意圖。最後,本文以上述微觀政治學對成員意圖

分析,提出對學校領導之啟示。

Micropolitics: A New Field of Research on School Administration

Abstract
This article examines a new field of school administration; that is, the micropolitics. First,

this article criticizes that most research on school administration reveals maintenance and

harmony of school operation rather than focuses on interest pursuit and power exercise

among organizational members. Under the lens of micropolitical approach, previous

research on school administration failed to highlight the complexity of human nature,

which was ignored by the assumption of positivism. Interpersonal relationships among

school members are full of conflict and tensions through the micropolitical investigation.

Three aspects examining their micropolitical intentions among organizational members,

including interest entanglement, ideological differences and power exercises, have also

been discussed. Finally, this article proposes the implications for school leadership

through three aspects of micropolitical intentions among organizational members

discussed above.
