体文試属將品質管理的精神、内涵及具體作法,應用在學校本位課程的發展上,

目的在提出有效的学校本位課程發展品赏管理策略,以提升課程品赏並增進学

生的學習成效主要用文献分析的方式,首先清品質管理的意義、要素與責

#,其次探討學校本位課程發展的歷史背景、意義、基本理念和段,最後

以課程計畫課程責施、課程評、回饋與改善四個課程發展階段,作為建構課

程品質管理策略的架構,提供各級学校進行学校本位課程發展的品質管理之参考。

The Quality Management Strategies for School-based Curriculum Development

Abstract
This paper is trying to apply quality mana anagem ment in school-based curriculum

development, and develop effective e strategies of quality ma management of curiculum, in

order to promote quuality of curiculum and students' learning perfom mance. By way of

Literature anal ysis, the meaning, the ingredient, and the procedure of quality management

were first introduced. The background, the meaning, the basic idea, and steps of

school-based curricul um development were then discussed. Finally, establish strategies of

quality management of curiculum from four stages: curiculum plan, curriculum

implementation, curriculum evaluation and feedback and improvement. Results are

presented to schools as a reference of quality management of school-based curriculum

development.
