摘要:
結合教師評鑑與學生學習,係當前教師評鑑的發展方向。本文主要論述學生

學習結果應用於中小學教師評鑑的可能性。本文先說明學生學習成果運用在教師

評鑑的利弊得失,然後介紹國外結合學生學習的二個主要教師評鑑模式。最後,

再分析在我國國情下,如何將學生學習成果運用在形成性教師評鑑上。

Abstract
Linking teacher evaluation and student learning is a new direction for teacher evaluation.

T his paper discusses the possibility of applying student learning outcome to teacher

evaluation for elementary and secondary schools. While the advantages and

disadvantages of linking teacher evaluation and student learning are explained, two of

the linking models commonly used in US are further reviewed. Finally, this paper

analyzes the evaluation context in Taiwan and then proposes an application model for

Taiwanese elementary and secondary schools.
