摘要: 其知覺情緒智力是否扮演人格特質與教學效能的中介角色,本研究採 問卷調查法,以400 位公立幼兒園教保服務人員為研究對象,資料分 析採相關分析、階層迴歸分析與中介效果進行分析。本研究發現為: 1.教保服務人員人格特質對教師知覺情緒智力有正向的影響;2.教保 服務人員人格特質對教學效能有正向的影響;3.教保服務人員知覺情 緒智力對教學效能有正向的影響;4.教保服務人員人格特質會透過情 緒智力的中介作用,進而正向影響教學效能。最後,研究者依據研究 結論提出相關建議,以做為教保服務人員人格特質、情緒智力及教學 效能推展及未來相關研究之參考依據。 關鍵詞:人格特質、情緒智力、教保服務人員、教學效能 |

Abstract: preschool educators’ personality traits and their teaching effectiveness, as well as whether their emotional intelligence can play an intermediary role in measuring personality traits and teaching effectiveness. This study conducted a survey of 400 preschool educators from public preschools. Data was analyzed and processed by Pearson product-moment correlation, using hierarchical regression analysis, and analysis of mediated effect. The major findings of the study are as follows: 1.) Preschool educators’ personality traits have a positive impact on teachers’ emotional intelligence. 2.) Preschool educators’ personality traits have a positive impact on teaching effectiveness. 3.) Preschool educators’ emotional intelligence has a positive impact on teaching effectiveness. 4.) Preschool educator’s personality traits have a positive impact on teaching effectiveness through the intermediary effect of their emotional intelligence. Finally, the researchers put forward relevant suggestions based on the conclusions of the study, which will serve as a reference for the development of personality traits, emotional intelligence and teaching effectiveness of preschool educators’ and future related research.
