摘要:

公開授課與專業回饋係教師專業發展的利器之一。公開授課與專業回饋的研究在國內近十年來已累積不少研究成果,為利國內教育研究的發展,有必要釐清國內現有研究成果,並與國外的研究成果做比較,以策勵未來的發展方向,以做為進一步研究的參考。本研究主要採「研究綜合性分析」中的敘述性評論和計數方式,搜錄了28 篇國內有關公開授課與專業回饋的實徵研究,並從研究對象與研究方法、以及公開授課的認同度與實施狀況、實施成效、實施困境與影響因素等四個面向,加以探討分析既有研究發現,然後與國外研究結果做比較,最後在研究主題與內容、研究對象、研究方法等三方面提出未來研究建議。

A Synthetic Analysis of Research Results of Open Lesson and Professional Feedback in Taiwan, ROC

Abstract:

Open lessons and professional feedback are important techniques for teacher professional development. There have been a lot of such research results in Taiwan in the last ten years. To facilitate research development in this area, this study mainly adopts narrative review and vote counting from "research synthesis," collecting 28 empirical studies on open lessons and professional feedback in Taiwan. It explores and analyzes existing research findings from five aspects: (1) research subjects and methods, (2) acceptance and implementation situations, (3)implementation effectiveness, (4) implementation problems, and (5) influencing factors. Then, it compares these findings with research results from abroad, makes conclusions, and proposes future research suggestions regarding research topics and content, research subjects, and research methods.
