從未來學校領導方案談校長領導培訓之設計與研究─以高級中等學校為例 [詳全文]

摘要:

基於高級中等學校校長領導培訓的重要性,本研究旨在回應校長專業成長之需求,據此設計適合高級中等學校初任校長領導培訓課程之方案,並探究培訓課程內容方案的有效學習方式及學習評量模式。
在研究方法層面,本研究採設計思考研究取向之歷程,並以「未來學校領導方案」為基礎,透過訪談及調查工具了解高級中等學校校長在面對學校治理時所需之專業需求,據以建構高級中等學校初任校長的領導培訓方案,以下為本研究獲得之結論:

一、高級中等學校初任校長培訓課程之內容應包含願景領導等模組架構,且在課程設計上宜突顯該教育階段之辦學需求與差異。
二、高級中等學校初任校長領導培訓學習方法且宜跳脫演講式教學,多安排情境實務演練、案例分析分享、師傅制度及線上學習等多元混成學習。
三、高級中等學校初任校長領導培訓學習評量可採評鑑中心法,將知識轉化為素養,結束後可頒發研習證書以資鼓勵或辦理回流培訓。
四、高級中等學校初任校長課程模組時間規劃設計初期可於每年九月至十二月分散實施。
五、高級中等學校初任校長領導培訓方案應有差異性課程特色。
本研究並依據研究結論提出具體建議,以供高級中等學校初任校長領導培訓之參考。

Design and Research of Principal Leadership Training Programs in Leadership of Future School Perspective: A Case Study of Senior High Schools

Abstract:

Based on the importance of leadership training for principals and directors of senior high schools, the purpose of the first year of this research is to design the content of the principal leadership training program for high school novice principals and to explore the effective training curriculum program. The study adopts design-based research based on the "Leadership for Future School. " And through interviews and survey tools, understand the professional needs of high school principals, and construct leadership training programs for high school novice principals.
This research has the following conclusions: 1. the training course for novice principals in high school can include five module frames. The curriculum design should highlight the needs of high school education. 2.
The learning and teaching of leadership training for novice principals in high school should avoid lecture-based teaching and use situational practice, case studies, mentor systems, and online learning. 3. Leadership training for novice principals can adopt an assessment center to transform knowledge into literacy and award the certificate. 4. The time design of the curriculum module for the novice principals can be arranged from September to December each year. 5. The principal leadership training should include differentiated courses. This research also puts forward recommendations based on the research conclusions for reference in the high school novice principal leadership training.
