國民小學校長正向領導、教師專業素養與學生學習成效關係之研究  [詳全文]

摘要:
本研究旨在瞭解國民小學校長正向領導、教師專業素養與學生學習成

效之關係並檢定國民小學校長正向領導、教師專業素養與學生學習成效結

構方程模式之適配及影響效果。本研究採用問卷調查法,編製「國民小學

校長正向領導、教師專業素養與學生學習成效之調查問卷」進行調查;以

臺北市、新北市、基隆市國民小學教師為調查對象,共取得719 份有效樣

本。蒐集的資料以描述性統計分析、Pearson 積差相關分析及SEM 結構方

程模式等統計方法進行分析。研究結果發現:(1)臺北市、新北市、基

隆市國民小學教師知覺校長正向領導、教師專業素養與學生學習成效具有

中高程度。(2)國民小學校長正向領導、教師專業素養與學生學習成效

兩兩之間具有中度正相關。(3)國民小學校長正向領導、教師專業素養

對學生學習成效具有顯著中度預測力。(4)國民小學校長正向領導、教

師專業素養與學生學習成效之測量模式與結構模式具有良好適配性,檢定

獲得驗證支持。(5)國民小學校長正向領導可透過教師專業素養提升,

進而提高學生學習成效,教師專業素養具有部份中介效果。最後依據結

論,提出相關建議,俾供國小教育現場及未來研究之參考。

A Study on the Relationship among Principals' Positive Leadership, Teachers’ Professional Competencies and Student Learning Outcomes in Elementary Schools

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship among Principals’ Positive Leadership, Teachers’ Professional Competencies and Student Learning Outcomes in Elementary Schools. It assesses the proper fit of the structural equation model among principals' positive leadership, teachers’ professional competencies and student learning outcomes in elementary schools. The study used the questionnaire survey: “The investigative questionnaire of relationship among principals' positive leadership, teachers’ professional competencies and student learning outcomes in elementary schools”. Samples were teachers selected from elementary schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Keelung City, for a total of 719 valid questionnaires. A series of statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation and structural equation model were used to analyze the data collected. The main findings are as follows:1. The teachers of the surveyed elementary schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung City perceive that principals' positive leadership, teachers’ professional competencies and student learning outcomes belongs to the “middle-high level”. 2. There is a significant positive correlation among principals' positive leadership, teachers’ professional competencies and student learning outcomes. 3. Principals’ positive leadership, teachers’ professional competencies and student learning outcomes appeared well adapted to the measurement model and structural model. 4. Principals’ positive leadership is able to improve student learning outcomes through the promotion of teachers’ professional competencies. Teachers’ professional competencies has a partial mediating effect. From these conclusions, recommendation are provided as references for elementary education practice and future follow-up studies.
