我國師資培育評鑑之研究:品質保證的觀點 [詳全文]

摘要:
1990 年代以降,英、美兩國進行師資培育改革,為確保教師素質進而提高中小學學生學習成就,係採標準本位師資培育為政策方向,並且帶動國際間的仿效,我國亦於2013 年再度標榜以專業標準本位為師資培育政策方向。標準本位師資培育政策在師資職前階段,係以師資培育認證或評鑑為確保品質之保證機制。為論述師資培育品質保證的概念,並探究我國師資培育評鑑制度對機構的影響,本研究採文獻分析及半結構訪問為方法,以達目的。具體而言,本研究之目的,首先,分析品質保證與管理機制內涵;其次,剖析師資培育評鑑的品質保證概念;再者,探析我國師資培育評鑑對於師資培育機構的影響。經過分析後,本研究最後提出結論。

Teacher Education Evaluation in Taiwan: The Perspective from Quality Assurance

Abstract
Since the 1990s, the UK and US have been conducting teacher education reform to assure teacher quality in order to improve students achievement. Consequently, standards-based teacher education
SBTEpolicy has become a global trend, and also the policy of teacher education reform in Taiwan. Teacher education accreditation is the system of quality assurance in pre-service teacher education of SBTE. In order to understand the effects of evaluation, this study conducted literatures analysis to clarify the function of teacher education accreditation and evaluation, and then interviewed four teacher education institutes to understand the practice of teacher education evaluation in Taiwan. Finally, this study offers several conclusions to be referenced for future teacher education policy.
