中小學教學輔導教師彰權益能之運作與發展 [詳全文]

摘要:
教師彰權益能係世界各國教育革新、教育領導、教師專業發展的新趨勢和核心概念之一。這種概念和趨勢在國內中小學的引介和良性發展,可以引導教師發揮專業潛能,有利於學校的革新和教師的士氣,值得加以重視。事實上,國內中小學教學輔導教師制度的推動,便是企圖賦予資深優良教師更多的「權」與「能」,以大手攜小手、與夥伴教師攜手邁向專業的方式,帶動教師專業發展與學校的革新。本文先從理念上,說明教師彰權益能的意義與內涵等,然後再分析國內教學輔導教師制度及其在教師彰權益能運作上的特色,最後就如何發展及深化教學輔導教師制度在教師彰權益能方面的具體實施策略以及未來研究方向加以論述,期能對我國中小學教師彰權益能實務之開拓有所助益。

The Implementation and Development of Teacher Empowerment in Mentor Teacher Program

Abstract
Teacher empowerment is a popular trend and core concept of education innovation, educational leadership, and teacher professional development. The initiation and adoption of teacher empowerment will be beneficial to school innovation and teachers’ morale in Taiwanese elementary and secondary schools. The mentor teacher program in Taiwan is intended to provide a platform and mechanism for teachers to enhance their professional power and competence. This paper discussed the meanings, contents, related theories, benefits, and limitations of teacher empowerment, analyzed the characteristics of teacher empowerment in the mentor teacher program, and then explored strategies of further enhancing and researching the practice of teacher empowerment in the program.
