桃園縣國民小學校長領導能力狀況調查之研究 [詳全文]

摘要:
本研究旨在探究國民小學校長領導能力的現況、差異與結構模式,研究對象為桃園縣186 位國民小學校長,研究工具為「國民小學校長領導能力問卷」,資料分析則採平均數、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、以及以及線性結構方程模式。研究主要發現為:(一)桃園縣國民小學校長領導能力各向度屬中高程度表現。(二)桃園縣國民小學校長領導能力各向度之各題項之行為表現上尚稱良好。(三)不同服務年資之校長,其校長領導能力有所差異。(四)國民小學校長領導能力量表之理論模式結構大致良好。最後,根據研究結果,提出若干建議,以作為校長領導能力研究與推展之參考。

A Study of Leadership Competence for Elementary School Principals in Taoyuan County

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to explore the current situations, differences and models of leadership competence for elementary school principals. The subjects included 186 elementary school principals in Taoyuan County. Data were analyzed by means, t test, ANOVA, and linear structural relationship. Conclusions are made as following: (1) Principals’ leadership competence is moderately high in Taoyuan County; (2)There are significant differences in principals’ seniority with regard to the principals’ leadership competence; (3)The scale shows good promise since the model fits well with the data. According to the findings, we propose several suggestions for the implementation and further studies of principal leadership competence respectively.
