高雄市立國民小學學校評鑑指標再建構 [詳全文]

摘要:
本研究旨在重建高雄市國民小學學校評鑑的指標項目,以德懷術調查法及問卷調查二種研究法進行研究,研究前期主要彙整高雄市學校評鑑之相關研究結果與建議,採整合、重整、增列與刪除方式,編製「高雄市國民小學學校評鑑指標再建構意見調查表」,做為德懷術之調查工具,經17 位不同領域專家學者三回合的問卷,架構出具有共識之評鑑指標,並據此編製「高雄市市立國民小學學校評鑑指標」問卷,做為後期問卷調查之工具。調查全市86 所國小,1290 位教師後,共建構出學校經營類、教學實施類、學校特色等3 大類,理念與目標、行政管理、課程發展、家長參與及社區發展、班級經營、教學活動、公共參與與輔導追蹤等8 大項,共35 條學校評鑑指標。本研究並建議學校規劃評鑑系統時,可參考本研究再建構之評鑑指標,並依其需求,篩選指標項目。

The Reconstruction of Evaluation Indicators for

Elementary Schools in Kaohsiung City

Abstract
The study aimed to reconstruct appropriate evaluation indicators for elementary schools in Kaohsiung City. Delphi technique and Questionnaire surveys were used, the former consulted 17 experts' opinions survey to integrate and delete the original indicators. 1290 teachers were sampled from 86 elementary schools. Conclusions of the research are: 35 evaluation indicators revised using the Delphi technique. In addition, 3 domains, 8 criteria and 35 indicators were recognized after the questionnaire survey. Based on the results, suggestions are proposed:
135 indicators could be referred to school evaluation for the next school year. 2The educational authority can choose part from the 35 indications, according to importance and practicality. 3Analyzing and define the meaning of 35 indicators for future research, inviting stakeholders to participate in reconstruction andresearch of teaching responsibility.
