摘要:
臺北市政府教育局於107 學年度首開研究教師的設置,除了有益於中小學教師的生涯發展外,更重要的是它開啟了以研究教師機制促進教師領導的可能性,擴大了教師領導潛能的發揮。有鑑及此,本文論述了教師領導的意義與內涵、角色、運作模式、成效與限制等教師領導的主要概念,據此對臺北市政府教育局刻正實施的研究教師之角色職責、運作方式、所需的支持系統等,提供建言,以供實務推動機構以及擔任研究教師者所參酌,期能對我國中小學學校革新與發展有所助益。

Abstract
The establishment of “research teacher” in the 2018 academic year by the Department of Education, Taipei City Government is not only beneficial to the teaching career of teachers, but also encourages their development as leaders.

This paper explores the meaning, content, roles, operation models, benefits, and limitations of teacher leadership. Based on the core concepts of teacher leadership, we also discuss the roles, responsibilities, operational methods, and the needed support system of the research teacher. It is expected that the implementation of teacher leadership by research teachers will facilitate school innovation and development in Taipei, Taiwan.
