摘要: 查法,並兼採焦點團體訪談法,問卷調查對象共270 人,而焦點團體訪談則以立意 取樣抽取12 人。 本研究主要研究結果如下: 一、界定教學有困難教師的規準是以有效教學較相關的標準進行思考。 二、教學有困難教師輔導之主要程序為:覺察、診斷、輔導、以及評斷。 三、教學有困難教師輔導之策略包括:(1)察覺策略;(2)診斷策略;(3)輔導策略; (4)評斷策略。 四、教師本身未能意識到自己的教學困難、對協助與輔導容易產生抗拒、教學有困 難教師的界定不易,是處理教學有困難教師所面臨的最大困境。 關鍵詞:國民小學、教學有困難教師、教師專業成長 |

Abstract: instructionally incompetent teachers. This study used questionnaire survey and focus-group for collecting date. The total survey samples are 270, and the focus-group interviewees are 12 . The main findings of this study are: (1)The criteria used to define instructionally incompetent teachers can be drawn form improper instructionally behaviors of teachers; (2)The processes of managing the instructionally incompetent teachers include detection,diagnose, coaching, and judgment. (3)The strategies for managing instructionally incompetent teachers indudes detection, diagnosis, coaching and judgement. (4)The most difficulties faced during the process of managing instructionally incompetent teachers include: ignoring the instructionally difficulties of teachers themselves, resisting the assistance or coaching from others, and the difficulty of identifying instructionally incompetent teachers.
