摘要:
教師檔鑑乃是提升教師績效表現,以及促進教師專業成長的重要利器之一。本

文有鑑於教師檔評鑑理論與實務的重要性,因此,首先闡述教師檔案評的意義、

目的、規準、方式、與歷程;其次,則說明如何根據教師檔案評鑑結果,提出專業

成長計畫,進行專業展之應;最後,再以實例說明教師檔案評鑑與專業發展計

畫的實施。

Abstract
Teacher portfolios assessment is an effective means of promoting teachers' accountability

and professional growth. The relative concepts of teacher portfolios assessment inclusive

of definition, purposes, criteria, and procedures will be addressed in this paper due to its

significance of theory and practice. And then this paper explains how to design and

implement the professional growth plan according to the result of teacher portfolios

assessment. Finally, in order to implement teacher portfolios assessment practices

effectively, examples of teacher portfolios assessment and professional growth plan will

be provided.
