摘要:

教學檔案係教師專業發展的利器之一。國內近二十年來已累積不少這方面的研究成果,為利國內教育研究的發展以及教學檔案製作與評量的推動,有必要釐清國內現有研究成果,並建議未來的發展方向,以做為進一步研究的參考。本研究搜錄了42篇國內有關教學檔案的期刊論文與博碩士論文實徵研究,並從研究對象與研究方法、教學檔案的實施情形、實施成效、實施困境與影響因素等四個面向,加以探討分析既有研究發現,最後並在研究主題與內容、研究對象、研究方法等三方面提出未來研究建議。

A Synthetic Analysis of Researches of Teaching Portfolio in Taiwan

Abstract

Teaching portfolio is one of efficient instrument for teacher professional development. There are many studies of teaching portfolio in Taiwan in recent 20 years. In order to facilitate the research development, construction and assessment of teaching portfolio, this study analyzed 42 empirical researches and thus suggested future directions of teaching portfolio studies in Taiwan.
This paper analyzes the empirical studies from five dimensions, namely research subjects and methods, implementing situation, effects, difficulties, and contributing factors of teaching portfolio. Based on the analysis findings, this paper suggests future researches from three dimensions: research themes and contents, research subjects, and research methods
