五專學生知覺學習動機、學習策略與自我導向學習成效關係之研究——以彈性學習課程為例 [詳全文]

摘要:

本研究旨在從修習彈性學習課程之五專學生觀點探討學生學習動機、學習策略與自我導向學習成效之現況情形與關聯性,並採取中介作用效果模式,分析三者變項之影響關聯性。本研究採問卷調查法,以北部某科技大學修習彈性學習課程之五專學生為研究對象,共蒐集有效問卷277 份。研究結果顯示,五專學生知覺學習動機、學習策略與自我導向學習成效之現況良好,且此結構模型具有良好適配度。五專學生學習動機對於自我導向學習成效有顯著之直接正向影響效果,且學生學習動機亦可透過學習策略之部分中介效果影響自我導向學習成效。值此,本文依據研究分析結果,提出相關具體建議供專科學校及後續相關研究參考。

A Study on the Relationships among Students' Learning Motivation, Learning Strategy and Self-Directed Learning Performance in Junior Colleges-An Example of Independence Study Courses

The study aimed to explore the current status of learning motivation, learning strategy, and self-directed learning performance of five-year college students in one technology university from the viewpoints of taking independent study courses and analyze the relationships among these three variables by adopting the mediating effect model. The survey method was adopted, and 277 valid data were collected. The results show that the students' learning motivation, learning strategy, and self-directed learning performance responded well, and the structural equation model is a good fit. Additionally, Student learning motivation has a significantly positive effect on self-directed learning performance, and students' learning motivation affects self-directed learning performance through the partial mediation effect of learning strategy. Finally, recommendations and future follow-up studies are provided based on the findings.
