新北市公立教保服務人員幸福感與正向管教關係之研究 [詳全文]

摘要:

本研究旨在探討新北市公立教保服務人員的幸福感與正向管教之關係,分析教保服務人員幸福感與正向管教關係,是否隨背景變項不同而有所差異。以研究者編制之「新北市公立教保服務人員幸福感與正向管教關係問卷」為研究工具,研究對象為新北市公立教保服務人員,回收資料以描述性統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方式處理與分析。研究發現 1.新北市公立教保服務人員幸福感及正向管教的現況皆屬於較高表現。 2.教保服務人員幸福感對正向管教具有預測力。最後,根據本研究提出相關建議。

A Study on the Relationship between Well-being and Positive Discipline of Public Preschool Educators in New Taipei City

Abstract:

This study explores the relationship between well-being and positive discipline among public preschool educators in New Taipei City, with a focus on whether this relationship varies according to demographic
variables. The research employed a self-developed questionnaire titled The Relationship Between Well-Being and Positive Discipline Among Public Preschool Educators in New Taipei City. Data were collected from public preschool educators and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, and one-way ANOVA. The findings revealed that: (1) both the well-being and positive discipline practices of preschool educators in New Taipei City are generally high; (2) educator well-being significantly predicts the application of positive discipline. Based on these results, the study offers practical suggestions for enhancing the well-being and disciplinary strategies of preschool educators.
